You’ll need to be a driver with a vehicle to take on this community-based care role.
Choose to work full or part-time across the shifts we offer, which are:
7am to 2.30pm Monday to Sunday
4pm to 10pm Monday to Sunday
You must be available to work alternate weekends.
Joining the team at Atwell Care Ltd as a care assistant you’ll enter straight into our comprehensive induction program, which consists of an e-learning course and a practical course, before shadowing a qualified carer, which is paid at the national living wage.
Atwell Care offers all team members the Care Certificate and further career progression with the Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programme.
We’ll also keep your interest piqued with regular short training courses, covering topics like dementia awareness and mental health.
