A. We charge on an hourly basis, all cost are dependent on the level of service that is required. Please contact us for more information.
A. We start our visits from 7am and our last visits of the day finish at 10pm every day.
A. You will be matched with a small dedicated team of staff to cover all your visits.
A. No you won’t be tied into a long contract, however all we ask for is 7 days’ notice to cancel.
A. We use an app that can view on your mobile device, this will allow you to see the planned visit times, the carer’s name and the carer’s notes once each visit is completed.
A. We wear full PPE, including single use masks, single use gloves and single use aprons on all visits. We have Covid-19 risk assessments in place, and carry out appropriate cleaning procedures, including hand washing/sanitising.
A. Care at home involves support with all daily living tasks with the aim of facilitating independent living. Anything that a person is not able to manage to do for themselves without support.
A. We can support you by assessing your needs and tailoring a bespoke care package that matches your needs.
A. Minimum visits are 30 minutes; there is no maximum.
A. There are many benefits of home care some of them being; independence, being able to remain in your own home, reduced hospital admissions, more time to do the things you enjoy, combating isolation. Family time becomes quality time.
